With QuickQuickPPT, you can choose your own hotkeys for over 180 PowerPoint actions. There are also more tools to save you tons of hours in slides development.

Key Features

• Hotkeys Mapper: Choose your own hotkeys for over 180+ PowerPoint actions.
• Select Same: Select items in the slide that the same attributes, be it the Fill Color, Outline Color, Shape Type, or the combination of them. Very handy for updating multiple items in one go!
• Get Text : Copy text from selected items (shapes/text boxes/tables)
• Align / Distribute / Order Tools
• Hide & Show : Hide selected items so that you can edit the objects in lower layer, then use Show All to make all items in current slide visible again.
• Color Remover : Remove fill or outline color of selected shape
• Eyedropper Tools : Eyedropper tools for fill color, text color, and outline color
• Insert text box and common shapes
• Merge tools : Merge tools for Union, Combine, Fragment, Intersect, Subtract
• Text Margin tool: Quickly set margins for shapes or textbox to zero.

Getting Started

1. Download and extract the files to your PC
2. Run the file QuickQuickPPT.exe
3. If you see a MS Defender SmartScreen. Click at More info > Run anyway.
4. The program will run in background, it will sit in your tray icon. You can right click at this tray icon and quit the tool. You can also choose to enable the ‘Run at Windows Startup’ option. If you want to create a desktop shortcut, simply right-click at QuickQuickPPT.exe and choose Send to > Desktop (create shortcut)

5. Hotkeys Mapper: To setup hotkeys for PowerPoint actions, right click at QuickQuickPPT tray menu, choose Configure Hotkeys. You will see the Main Hotkeys Configuration popup window. This Hotkeys Configuration window shows all available actions you can assign hotkeys to.

• Search with keyword to filter for more relevant commands.
• Double click at the desired command to bring up the hotkey setup window. Press modifier key(s) and alphanumeric key (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+A / Alt+Shift+1, etc.) to setup your own hotkey.
• To remove the hotkey, use the ‘Delete Hotkey’ button.
• Click at Close & Apply Changes button to apply the configuration, and give the configured hotkeys a try in PowerPoint

6. More Productivity Tools : When you’re working in PowerPoint, use the Middle Click of your mouse, or the hotkey Ctrl+Space, to show QuickQuickPPT’s productivity tools UI.

• From here, click at the appropriate button to perform the desired action. Note that, you can hover the mouse on the button to see the associating help text at the bottom of the UI.
• Some of the buttons also have keytips assigned, this is signified with the underlined letters. For example, you can use the hotkey Ctrl+Space+F to bring the selected item to front layer.

System Requirements

• Windows OS (tested on Windows 10 64 bit)
• Microsoft Office for PC (tested on PowerPoint in MS Office Home 32 Bit – please let me know whether this works in Office 64 bit)

ฟีเจอร์ (Features)

• Hotkeys Mapper: ตั้งค่าคีย์ลัดเพื่อเรียกใช้คำสั่งในพาวเวอร์พ้อยท์
• Select Same: ช่วยเลือกไอเท็มที่มีคุณลักษณะคล้ายๆ กัน เช่น สีเหมือนกัน รูปร่างเหมือนกัน เพื่อให้สามารถปรับเปลี่ยนหลายๆ ไอเท็มไปในทิศทางเดียวกันได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
• Get Text : ก๊อปตัวหนังสือจาก Shapes / Text Box / Table ที่เลือกไว้ได้ในคลิ้กเดียว
• Align / Distribute / Order Tools : ปุ่ม Align / Distribute / Order ที่เรียกใช้งานได้ทันใจ ใกล้ๆ เม้าส์
• Hide & Show : ซ่อนไอเท็มที่เลือกไว้เป็นการชั่วคราว เพื่อให้สามารถคลิ้กเลือกไอเท็มที่อยู่เลเยอ์ด้านหลังเพื่อการปรับเปลี่ยนได้อย่างง่ายดาย เมื่อเสร็จแล้วจึงใช้ปุ่ม Show All เพื่อโชว์ไอเท็มที่ถูกซ่อนไว้นั้นกลับขึ้นมาใหม่
• Color Remover : เอาสีของไอเท็มที่เลือกไว้ออก
• Eyedropper Tools : ปุ่มเรียกใช้ Eyedropper
• Insert รูปวาดที่ใช้งานบ่อยๆ เช่นรูปสี่เหลี่ยม รูปวงกลม
• Merge tools : ปุ่มเรียกใช้งาน Merge Tools
• Text Margin tool: เซ็ตค่า Text Margin ของไอเท็มเป็น 0

วิธีใช้งาน

1. ดาวน์โหลดและแตกไฟล์ไว้บนเครื่องที่ต้องการจะใช้งานโปรแกรม
2. รันโปรแกรม QuickQuickPPT.exe
3. หากมีหน้าจอ MS Defender SmartScreen โชว์ขึ้นมา ให้เลือก More info > Run anyway
4. สัญลักษณ์ไอคอนของโปรแกรมจะไปโชว์อยู่ที่บริเวณ System Tray ตรงมุมขวาล่างของหน้าจอ Windows (หากไม่เห็น ให้คลิ้กปุ่มลูกศรขึ้น ก่อนหนึ่งครั้ง) โดยจากไอคอนนี้ สามารถคลิ้กขวาเพื่อดูเมนูเพิ่มเติมได้ เช่น การตั้งค่าให้โปรแกรมรันอัตโนมัติทุกครั้งที่เปิดใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ (Run at Windows Startup) หรือ การปิดโปรแกรม (Exit)

5. Hotkeys Mapper: ในการตั้งค่าคีย์ลัดเพื่อเรียกใช้คำสั่งต่างๆ ของพาวเวอร์พ้อยท์ ให้คลิ้กขวาที่ไอคอนโปรแกรมที่ System Tray แล้วเลือก Configure Hotkeys จะเป็นการเปิดหน้าจอหลักเพื่อการตั้งค่าคีย์ลัด (Hotkey Configuration Main Window) ขึ้นมา โดยในหน้าจอดังกล่าวจะโชว์คำสั่งทั้งหมดที่สามารถตั้งค่าคีย์ลัดได้

• สามารถค้นหาด้วยคำ เพื่อเป็นการกรองดูเฉพาะคำสั่งที่คุณสนใจได้
• เมื่อเจอคำสั่งที่ต้องการจะตั้งค่าคีย์ลัดแล้ว ให้ดับเบิ้ลคลิ้กที่คำสั่งนั้นๆ จะได้หน้าจอตั้งค่าคีย์ลัดเฉพาะคำสั่งขึ้นมา จากตรงนี้ให้ทำการกดปุ่มคีย์ลัดที่ต้องการ โดยต้องมีปุ่ม Modifier (Ctrl/Alt/Shift) อย่างน้อย 1 ปุ่มขึ้นไป และปุ่มตัวอักษรหรือตัวเลขที่จะใช้ร่วมกัน (ตัวอย่างคีย์ลัดที่เป็นไปได้ เช่น Ctrl+Alt+Shift+A , Alt+Shift+1 เป็นต้น)
• ถ้าหากต้องการลบคีย์ลัดของคำสั่งนั้นๆ ให้ใช้ปุ่ม Delete Hotkey
• คลิ้กที่ปุ่ม Close & Apply Changes แล้วทำการทดลองใช้งานคีย์ลัดที่ตั้งค่าไว้ บนโปรแกรมพาวเวอร์พ้อยท์

6. เครื่องมือเสริมอื่นๆ (Productivity Tools): ขณะที่อยู่ในหน้าจอพาวเวอร์พ้อยท์ สามารถกดปุ่มคลิ้กกลางบนเม้าส์ หรือกดปุ่ม Ctrl + Space เพื่อเรียกหน้าจอเครื่องมือเสริมขึ้นมา

• เมื่อได้หน้าจอดังกล่าวขึ้นมา สามารถกดเรียกใช้งานปุ่มเครื่องมือเสริมได้ตามต้องการ ทั้งนี้ หากต้องการทราบวิธีการใช้งานแต่ละปุ่ม ให้เลื่อนเคอเซอร์เม้าส์ไปวางเหนือปุ่ม แล้วสังเกตข้อความช่วยเหลือที่ด้านล่างของหน้าจอโปรแกรม
• บางปุ่มในหน้าจอนี้ มี Keytip เพื่อเป็นทางลัดในการเรียกใช้งานปุ่มนั้นๆ ได้ด้วย สังเกตได้จากตัวอักษรที่มีการขีดเส้นใต้ไว้ ตัวอย่างเช่น เราสามารถกด Ctrl+Space+F เพื่อทำการดึงไอเท็มที่ถูกเลือกไว้มาที่เลเยอร์ด้านบนสุดได้เลย
