Quickly achieve the commonly used design actions, and some otherwise mundane tasks for building your professional PowerPoint slide with this PowerPoint Productivity Booster.

Key Features

  • Super quick access from anywhere in PowerPoint via Middle Click or the Ctrl+Spacebar hotkey. Launch it and move your mouse slightly to get the task done in no time.

Getting Started

  1. Extract the files to your PC
  2. Run QuickQuickPPT.exe,
  3. If you see a MS Defender SmartScreen. Click at More info > Run anyway.
  4. The program will run in background, it will sit in your tray icon. You can right click at this tray icon and quit the tool. You can also choose to enable the ‘Run at Windows Startup’ option. If you want to create a desktop shortcut, simply right-click at QuickQuickPPT.exe and choose Send to > Desktop (create shortcut)

5. When you’re working in PowerPoint, use the Middle Click of your mouse, or the hotkey Ctrl+Space, to show QuickQuickPPT’s UI.

6. From here, click at the appropriate button to perform the desired action. Note that, you can hover the mouse on the button to see the associating help text at the bottom of the UI.

7. Some of the buttons also have keytips assigned, this is signified with the underlined letters. For example, you can use the hotkey Ctrl+Space+F to bring the selected item to front layer.

System Requirements

  • Windows OS (tested on Windows 10 64 bit)
  • Microsoft Office for PC (tested on PowerPoint in MS Office Home 32 Bit – please let me know whether this works in Office 64 bit)
